This new home and estate, occupying the crest of a hill, presented numerous challenges such as steep slopes and a limited site area.  The design solution utilizes multiple stepping terraces that include family and formal entertaining areas, pool, hot tub, tennis court and lawn. Organic stone walls help the house to fit comfortably into its irregular site.
