This new municipal hospital features two nursing towers accommodating 250 beds situated on top of the adminstration and D&T units.  The steeply sloping site enjoys a commanding view over the city.  The site was planned to take best advantage of this urban vista and to integrate the building comfortably into the mountainous landscape.
